June
2009: Shipped off some giraffe paintings
this week for a show at Altered Space Gallery in Venice
on the 3rd of July. Totally got all obsessed with giraffes
again. Not sure why. Also got a SUB>POP tattoo
this month. Been talking about doing that for years. Don't
ask, it's a long story. And probably totally boring to you.
May 2009: Finished up my painting
for an upcoming MELVINS tribute show. It's in celebration
of their 25th anniversary. Take a look.
April 2009: Yeah. In typical
form, done let the website lag behind terribly. Reason?
None. Well, maybe a bit of laziness. Or forgetfullness.
Anyway, I'll try and keep things a little more updated.
How often do I say that? So, um, let's see. Why not start
off with some pics from last months opening at John Fluevog.
Hung some stuff with a couple friends. A bunch more friends
showed up to check it out and lap up free beer. Pictures

for looking. Just finished up a new poster for a Paul
Green School of Rock show. I got to let my grunge flag
fly free. I did it this
way first, but then they said they wanted the text to
"pop" so I did this.
I still prefer the basic white. Added a link below under

July 2008: No entry last month,
eh? Oh well, you didn't miss much. So... Threw up a newbie
to the right. Finished a few new pieces so far this month.
Just finished up the packaging for my friends' band, Black
Nag. Check 'em out. They're damn good. Created 2
oversized pieces for a new bar here in Chicago. They're
gonna be hanging over the 2 main doorways. 3 foot by 9 foot.
I'll get some details and actual shots of the pieces once
they're hung. Also, I've been doing a whole lot of sweating
as of late (cuz of the heat, nothing else really). Whoo-hoo!
April 2008: Done
designed a poster for an upcoming benefit for the Chicago
branch of the Paul
Green School of Rock Music. Go on and check
it out. Um. I also painted my bathroom
an eye-aching pink. Guess that's it this month so far.
